Elephant ears

Another of my simple recipes, this time for palmiers, or elephant ears, has been posted on The Dabbler.

I am relieved to say that the tuna quiche that I made for my daughter met with her approval. She said it tasted just as good as she remembered from her childhood and now Millie and Ben will have to get used to it!
