More on Elizabeth's garden

My thanks to Margaret P for these photographs of illustrations from her 1901 edition of Elizabeth and her German Garden. Margaret tells me that her lovely book has a white cloth cover with the lettering picked out in gold and has eleven illustrations in all. It sounds even better than the green Virago.

I'm making some grand assumptions that these are real photographs of the von Armin estate in Pomerania and not merely illustrations of the novel. I really appreciated this glimpse of the old convent. Thank you, Margaret.
