All is well

Many thanks to everyone who has emailed with kind wishes for my daughter's (Millie's Mum) operation. I am pleased to say that she is home again, sore and sleepy but fine. Millie has been really good for Grandma and will be delighted to find her Mummy there when she wakes in the morning."Really, Grandma, that is so silly. Mummy doesn't do it that way."

  3. Cath and Crinny, yes, Millie is quite the independent little girl now. It is fun interacting with her up to the point where you really need to get something done and she has another opinion!

  5. Millie sometimes has 'another opinion'. I wonder where that gene comes from.

  7. So, so happy your girl is well. That little Millie is a doll. I'll babysit anytime. Isn't it time for a trip across the sea? :<)

  8. I leave for home tomorrow, Nan, and am hoping to smuggle Millie into the taxi with me. If I succeed we could possibly seek refuge overseas! Somehow I think I will be leaving alone but they will be coming to Devon for Christmas.
