Sleeping tight
It's all Juliet's fault, she bullied me into posting another Amelia picture. Honestly! (All you expert mums will be noticing the touch of jaundice, thankfully all cleared now.)
I loved that picture, she looked so angelic with her little arms crossed under her chin. I think the tiny, perfect hands, feet and ears are just heart-melting.
I tend to get runs of insomnia and then a few weeks of good nights. I've never been able to pin down a cause but it doesn't matter so much now that I am retired and don't have to worry about falling asleep at the wheel next day.
I just love how she cuddles up in her fluffy sleepers. Soon we'll be running our of words to describe her adorableness.
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to have someone else to blame for one's weaknesses, isn't it?!
ReplyDeleteNew babies' hands are so fascinating - they always seem so elegant and sophisticated compared with the rest of the package, don't they?
Sorry to hear about the insomnia. I often pop down to wander round the blogosphere in the small hours, too, when that happens to me.

She is adorable! Nothing is as serene as a baby sleeping.
ReplyDeleteBaby's hands quite perfect and look at those long elegant creative fingers! She's perfectly lovely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThank you, as a very proud grandma I naturally take credit for Amelia's perfection!
ReplyDeleteNaturally! Is there any doubt?
