    Happy birthday MM! I just passed my own 50th birthday, on the 26th of October.

    That's a very interesting song by Elkie Brooks, whom I've never heard of until today. Thanks for posting it.

    I don't think Elkie Brooks ever made it big in the States although she had a lot of hits here. She lived locally until a year ago and we used to go to her concerts as birthday treats. This year we have to make do with youtube.
